  • Quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Any unforeseen structural issues or changes to the project scope may result in a price adjustment, which will be discussed and agreed upon in writing before proceeding.

3. Payments and Deposits

  • For large-scale projects (e.g., full refurbishments or extensions), a deposit is required to secure your booking and cover initial material costs.
  • Payment schedules will be outlined in your individual service contract.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of work.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a seamless experience, customers are responsible for:

  • Providing clear and safe access to the property at the agreed times.
  • Obtaining necessary planning permissions or neighbor approvals unless Mali and Co has been explicitly contracted to handle these.
  • Ensuring the workspace is clear of personal belongings and hazards unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service:

  • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for minor repairs or maintenance.
  • For major structural or refurbishment projects, cancellation terms (including deposit refunds) will be governed by the specific project contract signed at the start of the engagement.

6. Liability and Insurance

Mali and Co holds comprehensive Public Liability Insurance. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for pre-existing structural defects or issues that arise from information withheld by the client during the quoting process.

7. Intellectual Property
